Outdoor Spaces

The Florida sun is good for the soul, but in the middle of summer, our 7th Heaven property offers a wonderfully lush respite after a day at the beach.

In the evening, you can hear the soft roar of the ocean from one of these three wonderful outdoor spaces:

Wrap-around front porch
Covered dining area - on the south side of the house
Back patio - off the middle bedroom

Family Spaces

Family is everything! Whether that family is by blood or by choice, there is space for the family to gather here.

Open-concept living and dining area makes meals, movies, and game time easy.
Like to Cook? The kitchen is stocked with the essentials and more. If not, there are plenty of delicious food options nearby!
Laundry Area - no need to pack 24 beach towels to make it through the week. Use the in-house washer and dryer to keep your bags a little lighter.

Bed & Bath

Get some sleep! Three bedrooms offer options for sleeping spaces:

Main Bedroom: Queen size bed with ensuite, dedicated workspace for those who need to stay connected
Sea Glass Bedroom: Queen bed with beautiful, soft light from the French doors that lead to the back patio.
Bunk Room: For kids or adults! These sturdy bunk beds are ready for you. With two full beds and two twins, this room can sleep up to six people.

Guest Amenities

Traveling with Kids

We have added a few things to hopefully make your stay with kids a little easier.

Kitchen & Dining: Kid friendly plates, cups, silverware
Sleeping: A toddler sleep cot and a pack-and-play are both available for use
Potty: The main hall bath has a built-in potty seat :)
Neighborhood: Our home is in a family-friendly neighborhood. There is plenty of space for kids to get outside and play.

Traveling with Pets

We understand that your pet is part of the family, so domestic pets are welcome in 7th Heaven. We have tried to provide a few things to make your stay a little better.

Dog bowls and mat: We have two dishes and a mat in the kitchen.
Towels for dirty paws at the door
Extra yard clean up bags in case you run out or even forget ;)
*There is a $150 non-refundable cleaning fee for all

Golf Cart

Our six-seat golf cart will help you get to the beach, take a quick trip to the Gulf Place town center, or just enjoy an evening cruise to check out the neighborhood.

Only renters over the age of 21 may drive the golf cart due to liability.
