Where is 30A?
A few months ago, I thought “30A” was a window seat assigned in the economy section of the airplane. And — it is. But, it is also a collection of small, unique, beautiful Florida beach towns nestled between the much busier areas of Panama City and Destin along County Road 30A.
Here you’ll find the beach communities of Rosemary Beach, Seaside and Santa Rosa, to name a few. What you won’t find in 30A are tourist traps, big hotels, massive condo units or really chains of any kind. Instead, you’ll find a much quieter approach to beach life with more families than college kids, more local shops with cult-like followings and all the shrimp, grits and Emerald Coast views your stomach and soul could possibly want.

Our Location
Our home is located on the west end of 30A close to Gulf Place.
Why we love it here:
No chain restaurants! You won't find a McDonald's or Applebee's on 30A. All locally and regionally-owned restaurants and shops.
Close to the action, but far from it all.
If you want to find tons of tourist things to do, you are only 30 minutes from Destin or Panama City beach. Otherwise, chill at the beach and enjoy the peace of 30A.See the stars. Protect the turtles.
A walk to the beach at night you can see the glow lights of Destin, Miramar, and PCB, but in the middle is low-light 30A. The lack of bright night lights is intentional during sea turtle nesting season, which is April - October.The people
Both locals and guests are friendly and happy. It's hard to find a happier collection of people. :)

We encourage guests to stay near the quiet stretch of 30A, but if you dare fight the traffic of 98, there are a ton of activities heading west toward Miramar Beach/Destin.
